A trusted advisor to both private and public sector clients with more than 20 years’ experience in procuring, financing, operating and managing large scale infrastructure projects, Tom has an unparalleled understanding of how the government and the private sectors can best work together to deliver successful infrastructure projects and outcomes. Tom has also been a much sought after board member since leaving his role of Head of PPPs (Australia) at Macquarie Capital and has extensive fund management experience as the former Chief Operating Officer of the previously ASX listed Hastings Diversified Utilities Fund.
