Acton Advisory advised Dexus Diversified Infrastructure Trust (DDIT) and Dexus Core Infrastructure Fund (DCIF) on the refinancing of c.$568m of maturing term and reserve facilities relating to their investment in the Australian National University (ANU) purpose-built student accommodation asset.
The refinancing was supported by ANZ Banking Group, SMBC Group, UOB, ICBC, NAB, Bank of China and E.Sun Commercial Bank.
