Successful refinancing and subsequent divestment of the Curtin University on-campus purpose-built student accommodation facility.
Acton Advisory acted as advisor to InfraRed Capital Partners on the refinancing and subsequent divestment of its on-campus purpose-built student accommodation facility at Curtin University to funds managed by IFM Investors.
Situated in the heart of Curtin’s Perth Campus, the project is a mixed-use precinct featuring student and private accommodation, a boutique hotel, commercial space and retail outlets with over 924 student beds, a 60 room boutique hotel, 38 premium apartments, 3,000m2 of commercial space and 12 specialty retail shops.
The refinancing successfully concluded in May 2024, and subsequent sale reached Financial Close in August 2025.
