TasPorts is a state-owned company responsible for eleven Tasmanian ports and the Devonport Airport. TasPorts is responsible for the management and maintenance of essential infrastructure in Tasmania, which includes forestry terminal operations in Burnie and Bell Bay, all associated infrastructure at the Devonport Airport as well as maintenance of port berths, channels, wharves, landside assets, marine fleet and key navigational aids across all major ports and many community-use waterfront assets across Tasmania.

• financial and strategic assessment of opportunities to turnaround divisional operating performance;
• commercial advisory, transaction management and negotiations in relation to the procurement of a developer for a strategic waterfront development site;
• development of various investment cases to support significant port developments plans to unlock capacity and drive growth in freight and tourism for Tasmania and local communities.
