The University of Melbourne Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) Project is a concession-based asset located in Melbourne, Victoria within walking distance of the University’s Parkville campus.
Acton Advisory was mandated on behalf of the Dexus Diversified Infrastructure Trust (DDIT) to refinance ~$385m of term facilities. A three-year term was secured at competitive market leading pricing, reflecting the strong credit quality of the asset and occupancy post the COVID-19 pandemic.
The refinancing was supported by existing lenders Commonwealth Bank, SMBC Group and Bank of China, while NAB and Westpac joined as new lenders.
