Senior Associate

Michelle joined Acton Advisory in 2023 with a background in corporate finance. She brings over 5 years of experience in the utilities and infrastructure sector, with a strong focus on renewable energy. She understands the intricacies in capital and risk allocation across different asset classes in light of her debt and equity experiences. ​

Prior to joining Acton Advisory, Michelle was an Associate Director in the Energy Transition Deals team at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Australia. She has worked on M&A transactions on the buy-side and sell-side, engaged on capital raises, and advised on the development of greenfield assets. In her role, Michelle provided tailored advice to a range of clients, including corporate clients, developers, investors in the funds space, and new market entrants.​

Michelle began her career in banking and finance with CBA’s institutional bank.  Michelle worked in the energy team, which focused on project finance and corporate lending (including refinancing). She has provided debt to major M&A transactions in the energy sector.​
