Steven is an infrastructure and project finance professional with more than 10 years of experience advising sponsors and lenders on the financing and delivery of major infrastructure and PPP transactions. Prior to joining Acton Advisory, he spent over a decade at Allens, where he specialised in project finance within the Banking & Finance team. Steven’s experience includes transaction structuring, commercial and financing negotiations, preparation and negotiation of legal documentation, and the execution of transactions through to financial close.

Steven has also worked in the Banking & Finance team at Gadens, advising on corporate, construction and property finance transactions, and in the Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team at Piper Alderman.
