Financial Adviser to Mission Australia on their Toowoomba (QLD) Social and Affordable Housing development, combining our market leading expertise in both the social and affordable housing sector and debt raising capability
The project will deliver 89 social housing dwellings and 96 affordable housing dwellings (for a total of 185 social and affordable homes), contributing to the Crisafulli Government’s target of 53,500 social and community homes by 2044, as part of the Securing Our Housing Foundations Plan.
Acton Advisory acted as Financial Advisor to Mission Australia, supporting both the senior and subordinated debt components of the transaction.
Construction of the project began in April 2025 and is expected to be completed by mid-2027.
