Asif joined Acton Advisory in 2025 and has experience advising on energy transition and infrastructure transactions.

Prior to joining Acton, Asif was a Manager in KPMG’s Commercial Advisory & Transactions team, where he led financial model build and review services. He supported buy-side and sell-side transactions involving renewable energy generation and storage, waste-to-energy, green hydrogen, gas, electric vehicle infrastructure, and social housing projects. His experience also includes developing market entry and investment partnership strategies and advising a broad range of clients, including investors, developers, fund managers, new market entrants, and the public sector.

Asif previously worked in Rio Tinto’s Energy & Climate team, where he supported the execution of some of Australia’s largest renewable power purchase agreements, underpinning the repowering of Boyne Smelter Limited.
