Tom is a highly experienced corporate and project finance adviser with more than 20 years’ experience in procuring, financing, operating and managing large scale infrastructure projects.
Prior to founding Acton Advisory, Tom worked for Macquarie Capital where he was responsible for the origination and execution of Public Private Partnership projects in the Australian market.
Tom has a unique blend of experience across the project lifecycle including transaction origination, negotiation and execution, asset management and corporate governance gained through working in some of the world’s most prominent investment banks and fund managers.
Cameron is a highly experienced corporate and project finance adviser with over 10 years of experience at Macquarie Capital and 3 years at Accenture.
Cameron brings a unique combination of deep investment banking expertise and strategic management consulting that has enabled him to lead and execute transactions for both corporate and greenfield infrastructure assets.
Cameron developed diverse expertise across roads, ports, rail, regulated utilities, telecommunications, airports, water and infrastructure technology sectors. He has raised debt and equity finance for, and provided commercial and financial advice in relation to some of Australia’s largest and most economically significant infrastructure assets.
